Nepali Pathshala

ABOUT US

GCNA Nepali pathshala is established by Greater Charlotte Nepalese Association to raise awareness and provide education on the Nepali Language, culture, arts, and tradition to local communities in Greater Charlotte area.
Our main goal is to preserve and promote, Nepali language, culture, tradition, heritage for our future generations. Our primary focus is younger Nepali American community; however, we welcome anyone willing to learn about Nepali culture and heritage.

We are group of volunteers dedicated to pass on our rich cultural values, traditions, arts, and heritage to the next generation and prepare our children with multiple language skills in the dynamic society.

In GCNA Nepali pathshala, students will learn by engaging in activities that emphasize age-appropriate speech, listening and writing. We screen each new student for their language skills and place them in group where they fit so they feel comfortable and learn as they go.

Along with our curriculum, we also teach students Nepali Dance, Nepali Songs, Musical Instruments etc…
